Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北大學 === 企業管理學系碩士在職專班 === 106 === Since smart phones become more popular nowadays, public communication APP has changed the habits of people's communication and therefore developed diversified services. Enterprises also started to use communication APP to enhance employee communication penetration in their organizations. However, for companies, using public communication APP may causes information security problems, so they turn to use corporate communication APP instead. The corporate communication APP can avoid the risk of business disclosure, and also can connect enterprises’ internal information systems easily, allowing employees to work anytime and anywhere. Therefore, it becomes the best communication method between employers and employees.
The study uses questionnaires as a measurement tool to investigate the flight attendants who use corporate communication APP, discovering the relation between satisfaction and use intention while they use APP. The purpose of the flight attendant's use of the corporate communication APP was divided into five dimensions: system benefit, perceived usefulness, satisfaction, intention of use, and organizational identification. The study uses confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and regression analysis as research methods, composed of 372 effective samples. Research indicates that: (1) System benefit has significant positive effect on perceived usefulness. (2) System benefit has significant positive impact on satisfaction. (3) Perceived usefulness and satisfaction have a significant positive effect on intention to use. (4) Perceived usefulness and satisfaction have a significant positive effect on organizational identification. (5) Intention to use has a significant positive effect on organizational identification.
Based on the results above, suggestions are made that: (1) Airlines should continue to enhance the effectiveness of the mobile communication APP to increase the intention to use. (2) Airlines should deepen their willingness to use the mobile communication APP to achieve the purpose of enhancing goodwill between airlines and flight attendants.
