Moreover, the training of firefighters is never easy and time-consuming. They rely on the experience of senior colleagues to guide new employees to perform various business operations, so how to retain firefighters is one of the most important topics for excellent professionals to increase the level of work engagement before they can maximize the effectiveness of their work. The variables of this study consists of transformational leadership style, workplace well-being, job commitment, and turnover intention. Facets to explore each other's impacts, and to verify whether work input and workplace well-being have an intermediate effect on transitional leadership and turnover intentions. This study uses a questionnaire survey to analyze the relationships among the transitional leadership, job commitment, workplace well-being, and turnover intentions of Taipei City Government Fire Department firefighters in order to assess the human resources management of this particular industry. The practice proposes improvement issues. The findings of this research are as follows: 1. Transformational leadership is negatively related with turnover intention. 2. Transformational leadership has positive impact on job involvement. 3. Transformational leadership has positive impact on workplace well-being. 4. Job involvement is negatively related with turnover intention. 5. Workplace well-being is negatively related with turnover intention. 6. Job involvement has mediating effect on the relationship between transformational leadership and turnover intention. 7.
