Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北大學 === 企業管理學系 === 106 === The Global Entrepreneurship Organization (GEM) has conducted research on entrepreneurship education and training in 38 countries around the world and found that through entrepreneurship training, it may increase income by up to 20%, and entrepreneurial training may increase entrepreneurial awareness, self-efficacy, and impact entrepreneurial intentions. Although the positively influence of antecedents of TPB included entrepreneurial attitude, subjective norms and perceived behavioral control on the formation of entrepreneurial intentions have been found in prior research. In addition, some research has verified that entrepreneurs have positive psychological characteristics such as risk taking and self-efficacy. That is, entrepreneurial psychological capital (self-efficacy, hope, optimism, and resilience, etc.) will affect entrepreneurial intentions. The main goals of this study are to discuss the influences of entrepreneurial psychological capital on entrepreneurial intentions through the TPB antecedents and try to find out the moderating effects of the entrepreneurial training . Data collection will be conducted by paper questionnaire surveying from the respondents who attended the entrepreneurial training courses sp onsored by Taiwan government and related institutes during January to May 2018. After data analysis, we verified the positive impacts of entrepreneurial psychological capital on the entrepreneurial intentions through the entrepreneurial attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavior control. In addition, entrepreneurial training doesn’t have significantly moderating effects on the relationships between entrepreneurial attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavior control, and entrepreneurial intentions. The practical implications will be included accordingly.
