The damage of drug affects not only individuals but also family, school and society. After 1980, the feminism raised, women have came out from family to work place. Women play an important role in families, communities and societies; they are not only doing chores and educating kids in family, but also workers who share financial burden of families. Consider the influence of women, once females addict to substance would result in a catastrophe to self, family and society. There are three purposes of this research as listed below: 1. Examining the lifespan and the development of addiction process of female who use class I & II drugs. 2. Analyzing the discontinuing factors and the commonality of those factors of the rehabilitation process of female class I & II drug users. 3. Utilizing the outcome of this research as reference assists female drug users in rehabilitation. The primary methods of this research are individual data collection and interviews, researcher constructing each interviewee’s life stories by narration. Analyzing the positive enforcement in the rehabilitation process of each interviewee, and according to the self-assessment of interviewees, formulating the scale of recovery factors based on interviewees’ perceptions. Researcher builds up the relationship between the positive rehabilitation factors and interviewees in agreement with the findings. Author as a former drug user for 20 years since teenager, the process of staying abstaining is adored; therefore, this study includes a specific chapter that portrays the rehabilitation process of author from family of origin, addiction life, revival back to ordinary life, in addition to author’s own experiences, this study refers to other female drug users’ life experiences as well. This study has identified eight aspects based on the content of interviews as listed below: 1. The determination of introspection 2. The influence of edification and education in prison 3. Family support 4. Stable Competitive and compensative work 5. Support from important others 6. Religion support 7. Reconstruct social network 8. Self-value elevation This study suggested 1. Value the function of edification and education in prison, give priority to edification and education, guard and control as supportive 2. Settling alternative education program 3. Strengthening intervention to assist former drug use inmates in returning to home 4. Employment service center could explore drug use inmate friendly employers and jobs. 5. Solid the probation system, unifying the agency that doing follow up on drug use ex-inmate plus counseling and guidance resources, emphasizing guidance. 6.
