碩士 === 國立臺北大學 === 犯罪學研究所 === 106 === This thesis aims to discuss the male characters on domestic violence which have been judicial involved. These cases through the impact of psychological reactions, marital status, and adapting the situations, which have been researched. According with system theory and ecological theory, this research incorporates in-depth interviews with five cases which are probation under custodies or releasing on paroles. Through those findings whereas in different marriage statues or intimacy relatives of domestic violence that closing system family or family dysfunction are occurred. Especially when judicial involved those perpetrators have impact on psychological reactions and life’s challenges. Therefore, the legal aids and communication measures with their wives are needed. This thesis concludes with some suggestions for government offices. Key words: intimate partner violence, probation, parole, family dysfunction
