Three schools who participated and won in “InnoSchool-KDP2014 National School Innovation Management KDP International Certification Awards” are included. The study firstly probed into the transformation leadership and strategic leadership principals used in managing school administration, then teacher team’s strategy. At last, the study analyzed the relationship among Principal leading, Teacher team and School innovation management. The study adopted qualitative research semi-structured interview mainly and supplemented by content analyze. A self-made interview outline was used interviewing principals. Conclusions listed as follow were found to achieve school innovation management: 1.Principal leading orientation Principals should integrate the resources in all aspects and make good use of them so the teacher team have sufficient assistance and empowerment. 2.Teacher team orientation Teacher team should systems thinking on the basis of school vision, learn and divide strategy through professional learning community. 3.School innovation management orientation Through the operation of principal leadership and teacher team, all aspects such as, school management and innovation, curriculum leadership and teacher professionalism, diversity and effectiveness of student study, campus development and resources implement, should make specific improvement in school effectiveness to achieve school innovation management.
