Data were collected through interviews and observations. Although regular class education teachers were lack of knowledge of special education, but they were willing to accept the placement of special needs students in the class. The findings of this study are: 1. Students with special needs interrupted class activities. Regular class teachers arranged assistants for them and encouraged the interaction with regular class students. In addition, teachers had difficulties in the class management when there were too many students with learning difficulties. 2. Regular class teachers could not manage the teaching subject and had more teaching loading. 3. Regular class teachers didn’t had enough team work and support system . 4. Collaboration between regular class teachers and parents was not effective.
