碩士 === 國立臺北教育大學 === 社會與區域發展學系碩士班 === 106 === This research was explored the resource using and consensus building between organization members when Huang-Shi traditional retail market which located in New Taipei city transferred into modern market. This research was done by the interview method in qualitative research, the president of Huang-Shi traditional retail market council, staff of New Taipei city market department, and three vendors were interviewed to estimate the resilience of this market through the thoughts of Huang-Shi markets, consensus condensation in using resource from outer. The result showed as follow: the average age of vendors are on high side, not positive in cooperate and fight for government resource, no consensus of future development of market between members. In conclusion, the resilience of Huang-Shi traditional retail market is weak.
