Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣海洋大學 === 機械與機電工程學系 === 106 === In recent years, the integration and advancement of embedded micro-control and wireless communication technologies had driven the development of wireless transmission devices. Telemedicine and wireless health-care system were getting stronger. Some studies focus on hardware, wireless sensor, for example, can not only keep detecting but also survey wider range in terms of the signal, which approaches more humanize and closer to our lives. In this study, we used the concept of microfludic patch mixed smartbandage, which developed the device that can both survey the concentration of biological oxygena and the power of hydrogen. It reduces patients’ mental burden through the way of decreasing dressing times. This device has five parts: Microfludic patch,Digital color sensor, Micro-controller, Bluetooth transmission device and bandage included. We mixed oxygen and the power of Hydrogen drugs with agar to make membrane; Microfludic patch can absorb measured biopsies during surveying and let them keep flowing to achieve the purpose of continuous measurement. At last,we used both Agar and Microfludic patch for the patch, UV-LED was then used to irradiate on the whole installation;and then we used micro-controller to work with the data.We exported the data to computers or smart phones by Bluetooth transmission devices.By surveying Oxygen concentration and pH value synchronously,we can explore how worse the wound will get. Moreover we can even know whether the wound dressing need to be changed. The study consolidated Oxygen,Acid-base sensing membrane and Micro-channel adsorption patch. We detected their sensitivity by S9706 digital color sensor. We used the 7-amino-4-trifluoromethyl coumarin(ATC) to regard as reference sensing material:its absorbing laser is λ=390nm and emitted laser is λ=490nm(blue laser).Tetrakis(pentafluorophenyl)porphyrin (PtTFPP) was used to be oxygen sensing material:its absorbing laser is λ=390nm and emitted laser is λ=650nm(red laser). And we also use 1-hydroxy-3,6,8-pyrenetrisulfonic acid trisodium salt(HPTS) to regard as acid-base sensing membrane:its absorbing laser is λ=490nm(blue laser) and emitted laser is λ=550nm(green laser). Then we mixed these three kinds of material with agar to make Double sensing membrane. In order to survey Oxygen concentration and pH value synchronously,we applied UV-LED to be the sensing membrane of exitation laser(λ=390nm).The study executed all experiment by using the 200ms integration time of S9706 Digital color sensor. We sucessfully surveyed the detection limit is 0.57ppmand got pH value of the S calibration curve which has a resolution of 0.27 (△pH).At the follow-up study,we modulated liquid by ourselves and surveyed the oxygenation and pH at the same time. The liquid we modulated will all be conducted by using Laboratory oxygen concentration meter and pH meter. The study’s result is great and the calibration curve is matched. The results confirmed that didn’t have affect with the oxygenation and pH. The study had preliminary discussion on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID).We used many chips in electrochemical and conductivity ,including LMP91000 electrochemistry chip,MLX90129 potentiostat chip and oscillating circuit conductivity wafer eyc. This potentiostat had great linearity and sensitivity during the period of preliminary research. We could research some applications such like surveying sweat lactic acid and fish corruption.
