Therefore, this study hopes to provide a system with good stability and rapid screening of chemotherapy drugs, which can record the growth history and inhibition process of colon cancer cells, and use the results as a basis for drug screening, and then develop more suitable chemotherapy for human body. drug.
This study integrates microelectromechanical process technology and PDMS microchannel packaging technology, and was commissioned by Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co., Ltd. to produce piezoresistive miniature cantilever beam wafers and successfully integrated into the drug fast screening system. The system is 31.5cm long, 20cm wide and 26cm high. It integrates constant temperature, electromechanical control, automatic cleaning and UV lamp sterilization. It has the characteristics of light weight, small size and convenient carrying. In this system, only 0.6 mL of test samples can be placed into the system. Users can control the operation of the system by the human interface of the system, which can greatly reduce the human error. The LCD screen on this interface can be used. It was confirmed by heating experiments that the design of the thermostatic mechanism of this study allowed the system to reach a preset temperature after about 30 minutes of opening and to maintain stability for a long time. In addition, when the 5-FU chemotherapeutic drug is added, the recorded resistance change graph shows a two-stage change.
