In the business community, that is the mainstream of leadership. Faced with a rapidly changing environment, organizations and individuals need to respond to the accelerated changing of the times through continuous learning. An effective organizational learning culture requires the full participation of leaders, organizations and members. With the encouragement and support of leaders, Inspire members of the organization to adjust their skills and performance, cresulting in continuous learning motivation; through learning, cooperation, sharing and application, to show a better organizational learning culture, the organization will be more competitive.
This study examines the correlation between transformational leadership, organizational learning culture, and self-orientation training motives. A convenient sampling method was used to conduct questionnaire surveys. A total of 302 valid questionnaires were recovered. The data obtained was based on narrative statistics, reliability, Pearson product difference relevance and multivariate regression analysis and other statistical methods are analyzed to understand the causality among the three variables. The conclusions are as follows:
1.There is a significant positive correlation between conversion-oriented leadership and self-orientation training motivation.
2.The transformational leadership is positively related to organizational learning culture; “individual concern” and “spiritual inspiration” are significantly positively related to individual level learning culture; “spiritual inspiration” and “intelligent inspiration” and group level learning culture are showing significant positive Related; "individual care", "spiritual inspiration" and "intelligence inspiration" have a significant positive correlation with organizational learning culture.
3.There is a significant positive correlation between organizational learning culture and self-orientation training motivation.
Finally, based on the results of this study, we will discuss and provide recommendations for practical and follow-up research.
