Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣師範大學 === 體育學系 === 106 === Introduction: Internal and external foci of attention be seen as one attention directing stategy. Previous research found external focus of attention is more beneficial than internal in motor effectiveness due to less conscious interference. But lacking of measurement about central nervous system, Electroencephalography can make up this gap by measuring the cortical cortex activities during motor executive. Electroencephalography Index, Frontal midline theta power, can represent the degree of conscious interference. Thus, this study examine The effect of internal and external foci attetion during golf putting preparation toward Fm Theta. Meth: Adapting individual personal hole rate distance 40%~60%, seperating three contextuals (internal focus of attetion, external focus of attetion, no instruction). Recording performance and preparation times (before motor executive 2s). Result: There are no difference between three contextuals in performance and EEG. But there is difference in manipulation check. Discussion: There is no difference in performance may be in the same task difficulty making difference smaller. Moreover, there is no difference in successful putting EEG might skilled with past experience. neural proficiency and neural adaption
