| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺南大學 === 諮商與輔導學系碩士在職專班 === 106 === This study aims to explore the adjustment process of senior employment service staff in a work dilemma in three dementions, including the problems they’re facing, the adjustment process, and the strategies to deal with the dilemma from work.
This research adopts qualitative research approach, inviting 5 senior staff holding post in an employment service agency over 5 years to participate in, and using a semi-structured interview to collect data.
The data was analyzed in thematic analysis inducing 4 common subjects to present the adjustment process of senior staff.
The results of the study were the work dilemma of senior employment service staff, the adjustment process in a work dilemma and response strategies.
Finally, according to the discovery of this research, put some suggestions for future research and practitioners.
