Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺南大學 === 諮商與輔導學系碩士在職專班 === 106 === The purpose of this study is to explore the current status of junior high school teachers’ flow experience and chronic fatigue syndrome. Also, I would like to understand the differences between teachers’ flow experience and chronic fatigue syndrome based on different variables so that further analysis about their correlation could be done. The study was conducted mainly by means of questionnaire survey. 377 valid samples were successfully collocted. The questionnaires were finished by the public junior high schools teachers from different parts of Taiwan. The collected data was analyzed by using descriptive analysis, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson product-moment correlation. Following are the main results of this study: 1. The current status of teachers’ chronic fatigue syndrome is medium. 2. The current status of teachers’ flow experience is medium high. 3. Female teachers whose teaching experience is aroung 6-10 years and 25 years have higher tendency in chronic fatigue syndrome. 4. The flow experience of male teachers and senior teachers is high. 5. There is no significant difference in junior high school teachers with different position between their chronic fatigue syndrome and flow experience. 6. There was negative correlation between chronic fatigue syndrome and flow experience among junior high school teachers. Based on the research conclusions, concrete suggestions were proposed to the educational administrations, junior high school teachers, and the subsequent researchers.
