The main purpose of this study is to investigate the scope of the smart-networked production enterprises through the focus group interviews. It will help to understand the industrial demand and labor gap, and to expect the labor demand under the smart networked production. The research results are expected to be managed by the smart manufacturing. The results can have contributions to IOT practice for industry and provide references to develop a skilled workforce for education.
