In the past, relevant research studies have focused more on the quantification of school administrative service quality and teachers' gratitude, but have not specifically addressed the “school administrative service factors that affect teachers' gratitude”. The quality of school administrative services is one of the keys to improving school effectiveness. Therefore, by exploring this issue, the researchers wanted to understand which school administrative services will affect teachers' gratitude. In addition, the researchers wanted to further explore what the result of teachers' gratitude and explain the importance of teachers' gratitude. This study adopts in-depth interviews and collects one for each large, medium and small junior high school in Tainan City. Based on school size, each school selects five, four and three teachers who are not now in administrative positions, with a total of 12 teachers. The interview outline adopts a semi-structured interview to understand the factors of school administrative service that affect teachers' gratitude and to explore the results of teachers' gratitude. This study found that the following six factors of affecting the teachers' gratitude for school administrative services:1. Help teachers solve problems immediately. 2. Proactively provide teachers professionalism. 3. Empathy for individual needs of teachers. 4. Administrative services that uphold altruistic motives. 5. Administrative services at extra cost. 6. Provide the administrative services needed by teachers. Besides, the results of teachers' gratitude are the following five: 1. Refine teachers' teaching quality. 2. Reduce the pressure on teachers. 3. Improve teachers' willingness to assist. 4. Promote teachers' interpersonal relationships. 5. Infect teachers' happy mood. Finally, based on the results, this study made recommendations to the junior high school administrators and education authorities.
