By doing the research, we discussed the obstacles we face while conducting the process of eating education. This research subject was based on 30 students in a third grade class in a junior high school. Nine classes were conducted in this research. Based on the teaching observing process, we had used students’-hangouts, class feedback reports, teachers’ teaching reflections, teaching assistants’ feedback reports and others as tools to induce and analyze the data in order to purpose the research conclusion as follows: I.Junior high students’ diet choices were mostly based on individual’s flavors and mainly to satisfy one’s appetite. Also, their belief of diet preference was affected by media. Without the correct nutritional guidance, students were tending towards poor dietary behavior. II.Diversity of teaching activities: Through group discussion, teacher’s guidance and short drama performance. The application of diet education behavior helped the students to understand and respect the diversity of multi-cultures. III.After understanding the students’ diet myths help was offered to improve their knowledge of nutrition. This was helpful in improving students’ diet behavior and potentially making them healthier. Students’ attitudes were changed from passively avoiding inappropriate diet habits into positively valuing their relationship with food and their nutritional environment. Cultivating an attitude of value and gratitude of resources. IV.This research conducted the application of action research and provided professional growth and application of its theories, into practical lessons by constant reflection and correction. This research purposed relative suggestions and offered solutions to class teaching examples as a reference to future diet education research.
