However, during the process of team learning, good team interaction often leads to better and effective learning. It can be seen that the team interaction will affect the learning outcomes of the team. In this study, A total of 55 fifth-graders in a certain country in Tainan City were selected as the research object. In outdoor teaching activities, they will use mobile devices to conduct cooperative learning in groups.
The results of the experiment show that team cohesion, conflict management, decision-making and team competence are positively correlated with team learning effectiveness, while team cohesion, conflict management, decision-making, team confidence and satisfaction, team satisfaction There was a positive correlation between performance and member satisfaction and satisfaction with team performance.
