The research makes a customized questionnaire to understand the topic of smartphone user behavior and addiction. A total of 1016 questionnaires were sent in a school, and 953 questionnaires were returned by the students. The achievement rate is at 94%. The analysis is to check based on chi-square test, t-test, and one-way ANOVA analysis of variance.The report result is as followings: 1. The holding rate of university students' smartphones approaches 100%, and they are mainly connected to the Internet for social, for message purposes and also for entertainment. 2. For the about of the smart phone addiction it gets obviously high score for the term by significance, tolerability and emotion. 3. With different background, the behavior of student to use the smartphone is the same in the major options. 4. When compare the different level of smartphone addiction, the report shows that the male students are more than female study, the third-grade student are more than second-grade study, the studuent who study the major class by education is more than the students who study the Literature. 5. The report also shows that if the university studuent dially use the smart phone more than 8 hour in a day, the chance to be a smartpone addition is much higher than others.
