The advancement of information technology has now used the data collected by big data into technology equipment to accelerate the meeting of market demand and the organization. The connectivity between the two has increased dramatically. In order to satisfy customers' needs, the company's operational activities will not be carried out only by a single individual. Through Multidisciplinary collaboration, we will provide customers with valuable products and services to achieve the expected value level. Under the strong promotion of the policy environment, the company initially proposed “Industry 4.0” in 2013, aiming to improve the computerization, digitization and wisdom of manufacturing, and the United States, China, Japan and other countries also proposed relevant promotion policies. In Taiwan, the relevant laws and regulations were put forward in 2016. The purpose is to actively develop IOT and robotics, and to be connected with international standards. Based on the selected robot industry, this research uses the theoretical analysis and discussion of relevant scholars to conduct industry and enterprise competition analysis, and through the relevant strategy theory to find out the opportunities for Taiwan's future development of the robot industry and manufacturers. Through the theory of Business Ecosystem, it explains the supply chain status of this industry and the competitive advantage of enterprises created under the influence of external environmental policies. The robot industry is the main core, and the supply chain and value chain generated by manufacturers are sequentially arranged outward. The situation serves as a middle-level interaction, and the final outer layer is influenced by external policies and environment, which outlines the overall industrial development. In the end, the overall development status is summarized to summarize the key success factors for the selection of the competition strategy, and to achieve the operational goals and corporate vision of the future investment.
