Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺南大學 === 經營與管理學系科技管理碩士班 === 106 === The key factor of entrepreneurship is that acquire resources, however, for obtaining the resource, it must through the opportunity of contact with the resource, therefore to get the resource. There are many strategies of obtain the resource, also have different theoretical to support these; but many scholars have stress the importance of human capital and social capital. Social capital is the medium for acquired resources; it can promote the action of entrepreneurship. Hereby, in this study suggests that entrepreneurs’ education and experience will be entrepreneur's human capital;The collocation of human capital and which theindustry will affect the identification of the opportunity of entrepreneurship and the social capital comes from the social relation of the network members. Therefore, entrepreneurs can take advantage of social capital of the interpersonal relationship in order to create a new enterprise. Thus contribute to individuals and social welfare. In practice, the author of this study is as a member of the research enterprise to explore human capital and social capital employed of Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. including how entrepreneurs cleverly mobilize human capital fitting the industry environment to identify opportunities; moreover how to use social capital to convert the opportunity to become the new successful company. It concludes with implications for theory, practice and research.
