Summary:碩士 === 國立清華大學 === 高階經營管理碩士在職專班 === 106 === Abstract In Taiwan, which has entered an aged society, in order to ensure that the elderly, on the basis of the safety at home, are affected and necessity for the elderly to live in the elderly residence, and develop residential environment and smart home facilities suitable for the living of healthy elderly people. In view of the decline in physical functions of the elderly, the necessity for residential facilities for the elderly has become more apparent. At present, most of the existing residential units cannot be used to create or renovate space for barrier-free facilities due to a lack of layout to meet the needs of the elderly in different disability stages. All facilities or projects need to invest a lot of money, resulting in weaker and weaker families, which are not capable of offering. In addition, old people who do not live with their children often have unknown high-risk status due to the narrowing of interpersonal networks. Through this research, it is possible to construct an environment that requires long-term care for the elderly to live in, so that the function of living at home can demonstrate certain functions. Let more design of smart houses be involved in planning, so that elderly people with different types of residential needs can meet the needs of living and caring around the environment at various stages of aging, and maintain the necessary supportive services to enable the elderly to live in an well environment where increase the frequency of outing activities of the elderly and the interpersonal communication, thus affect the health and well-being of the elderly. Finally, according to the results of this study, specific recommendations are made to formulate strategies for the development of technology-based residential houses for the elderly, to provide intergenerational home care that can be humanized through science and technology, and to plan and optimize the demand of residential facilities for the elderly.
