In multiple case analysis, collecting four German companies ABB Group, Siemens, Bosch, Münstermann as case. How did they deal with the competition of industry 4.0? How they developed new human resources strategy? Using the advanced smart technologies for developing new products and create new service business models or advanced manufacturing technology through artificial intelligence and machine deepening learning has become a key factor of driving the progress. As a leader and policy makers in industry need to have future vision and well-perpare for next ten years. Through intelligent machines to assist the working environment or retraining employees. Taiwan’s production 4.0 policy is implemented and hoping this study could provide more information about the Germany companies’ experience of Industry 4.0 for Taiwan companies as a reference.
