Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立清華大學 === 工業工程與工程管理學系所 === 106 === Acceptance sampling plans are widely used statistical management tools for both supplier and consumer to lot sentencing. In recent literature, acceptance sampling plans always use process capability indices (PCIs) for measuring quality level of lots, rather than using the fraction nonconforming in order to avoid the larger sample size. Skip-lot sampling plan (SkSP) is one type of acceptance sampling plans, and the major concept is to skip a fraction of the lots, when the quality of product are superior from history. With skip-lot sampling plan, the inspection expenditure will dramatically decrease. As a result, this paper aims to integrate the advantage of process capability indices and skip-lot sampling plan, develop two type of variables skip-lot sampling plans based on the well-known process capability index , including SkSP-2 and SkSP-R. Moreover, the proposed approach is derived from the exact sampling distribution instead of approximation, which can provide more trustworthy information. The operational procedure and tabulated parameters of two plans are given and also a graphical user interface is made as the reference for making decisions on the submitted lots accepted or rejected.
