Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立清華大學 === 工業工程與工程管理學系碩士在職專班 === 106 === A waste disposal company in the process of waste treatment operations, require significant manpower to work under the jobs for a long time, not only the body will be fatigue but more likely because the job is different and have different musculoskeletal injuries. If there can be people with tools, machines, equipment and environmental interaction, it will be perfect to achieve the best fit. If a man due to poor design, operators will have a variety of direct and indirect impacts, including human error, accidents, musculoskeletal injuries, poor work quality, production performance, fatigue, seriously affecting the health, safety and welfare of workers. This study will use the musculoskeletal questionnaire to learn the impact degree of injuries of workers in the waste disposal industry. In the workplace, ergonomics identification and review tools are identified for working conditions, equipment’s, operating characteristics, identify possible injury factors. Data analysis through questionnaires and on-site assessment and evaluation of reasons were applied for workers to improve the program, to eliminate or reduce the probability of risk. On the waste disposal industry, should provide feasible and good advice on safety and hygiene methods of industrial operations in waste department. Through data analysis by questionnaire data and site assessment, the probable result of the assessment is causing the operator’s discomfort; Thus, proposing improvements to eliminate or reduce the chance of risks and should provide feasible suggestions for the workers of waste disposal industry to improve the engineering, occupational health and safety methods. The result of this study shows that if the improvements applied in the waste disposal industry, it will effectively reduce the symptoms of musculoskeletal discomfort. This will not only improve the comfort of the workers but also improving the production efficiency and reduce the incidence of occupational disasters. In view of this, this study opened up new opportunities for the people in the industry of waste disposal due to engineering research.
