Numberless scholars already have pointed out that the above 4 factors are beneficial to enterprise. The purpose of this study is to explore the thinking of employees, who face on the relationship among workload, career expectation, organization commitment and turnover intention. In particularly, employee who works at a company which has been established for more than 50 years, which belongs to manufacture industry and the family runs business. The study object focuses on employee who works at the battery shell industry. This study conducts questionnaire survey, adopts the Likert Scale Measurement Method. Total of 100 questionnaires are issued, then 34 are collected. Only one incomplete questionnaire is deleted. This study uses the SPSS statistical analysis software. The analysis methods are as follows: descriptive statistics, (one-way) single factor analysis of variance analysis, regression analysis, and hypothesis verification in this study. The study result shows that: 1.The workload has significance on organization commitment. 2. The Career Expectation also has significance on turnover intention.
