The main purpose is three: First, evaluate the learning outcomes with Rubrics to build a student priority sequence structure diagram. Second, find a suitable teaching assistant to help teachers improve student learning effectiveness. Third, to develop student’s ability to work together. In this study, we first applied the Rubric, a mathematics test designed by Liu Weiling, a teacher from Jianguo University of Science and Technology, and then use Sato Ryobo in the 1970s, put forward the student question table analysis theory (Student-Problem chat, referred to as S-P table) as the theoretical basis, according to the students in the test questions on the response type (Response patten) to give the analysis sort, through sequential theory analysis method, in order to show the order of the top and bottom concepts of the questions (Ordering) or the order of the item hierarchy (Item hierarchy), with this concept extended to the students themselves, to determine the student priority order relationship, so that those who are better at learning can remedy the more backward learners in learning, in addition to helping teachers select suitable teaching assistants, they also have the ability to cultivate students' cooperative learning.
