碩士 === 國立臺中教育大學 === 高等教育經營管理碩士學位學程 === 106 === In recent years, the Institutional Research office has been set up, hoping through data analysis to make school decisions, among them how to use the message of learning outcomes to reinforce student knowledge, Often find the right teaching assistant and the battered administration, this article is particularly developed based on learning outcomes of the Ordering Structure to solve the problem. The main purpose is three: First, evaluate the learning outcomes with Rubrics to build a student priority sequence structure diagram. Second, find a suitable teaching assistant to help teachers improve student learning effectiveness. Third, to develop student’s ability to work together. In this study, we first applied the Rubric, a mathematics test designed by Liu Weiling, a teacher from Jianguo University of Science and Technology, and then use Sato Ryobo in the 1970s, put forward the student question table analysis theory (Student-Problem chat, referred to as S-P table) as the theoretical basis, according to the students in the test questions on the response type (Response patten) to give the analysis sort, through sequential theory analysis method, in order to show the order of the top and bottom concepts of the questions (Ordering) or the order of the item hierarchy (Item hierarchy), with this concept extended to the students themselves, to determine the student priority order relationship, so that those who are better at learning can remedy the more backward learners in learning, in addition to helping teachers select suitable teaching assistants, they also have the ability to cultivate students' cooperative learning.
