Summary:碩士 === 國立臺中教育大學 === 特殊教育學系碩士班 === 106 === The purpose of this research was to investigate the implement and difficulties of behavior intervention plans (BIP) for elementary resource room teachers in central Taiwan. The data were collected from questionnaires and interviews. A self-designed questionnaire was being used in the research. Participants were teachers from elementary school resource rooms in Taichung, Changhua and Nantou. A total of 296 questionnaires were sent out and 86% were effective. The questionnaire data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test and one-way ANOVA. The results of the research were that the vast majority of the BIPs were being implemented practically in elementary schools. When BIPs were not successful, it is often due to the consistency of intervention effects in disciplinary team, or team members lack for training. Therefore, concluding the teachers’ opinions, the following suggestions were summarized: hope Education Administration Authority can establish public forms, provide an intensive series of training to train relevant personnel at school. At last, the conclusion and suggestions from this study could be used as a reference for future studies.
