Summary:碩士 === 國立臺中教育大學 === 教師專業碩士學位學程 === 106 === This study has proposed a hypothesis based on the literature on digital picture book development, child art cognition, literature and history of Changhua, architectural styles, aesthetics, sense of order etc. Premised on the order aesthetic, the study made use of methods such as observation logs, surveys during their creation of the digital picture book "The rouge box of the old residences" in order to analyze and to test the value of the digital picture book. The researcher studied the aesthetics style and structure of Changhua's old residences, and compared the differences in the aesthetic and order between the past and the present. Over the course of the study, the students investigated the architectural styles of the old residences and the literature related to the architecture. Then, through the creation of their the digital picture book, they proposed what they imagined could be the future of the old houses in terms of appearance and style. The results find that, when integrating digital technology into the pedagogy, the students' learning motivation was stimulated when they engaged in the digital research. Through the use of technology, the students produced their 3D books and video records to make their digital picture books. The method effectively helped them to appreciate the aesthetic styles of the old houses, to think about redevelopment of the old residences, and to raise their awareness of the community identity.
