碩士 === 國立臺灣體育運動大學 === 運動事業管理學系碩士班 === 106 === The purpose of this study is to explore the current situation and relevance of motivation and training satisfaction and loyalty of Taekuk Doong students in Chiayi region and to compare the differences between background variables of different population. A total of 500 questionnaires were sent out, of which 450 questionnaires were collected and 410 valid questionnaires were available. The effective rate was 91%. According to the data collected from the actual survey, the data of descriptive statistics, one-way variable number of replicates, one-way multivariate variance analysis, post-LSD and Scheffe comparison, and path analysis were used to analyze the data. The results showed that: the background variables of different population have significant differences in participation motivation and training satisfaction, while the loyalty part has significant differences; the participation motivation has significant influence on training satisfaction, training satisfaction, loyalty, participation motivation and loyalty has a positive impact. The results of this study are expected to provide suitable teaching strategies for future coaches in each museum to improve participants’ motivation for participation and training satisfaction and loyalty. And provide coaching, government agencies, in the policy promotion, promotion and planning of the auxiliary reference.
