Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣體育運動大學 === 運動健康科學系碩士班 === 106 === Background: Athletes might be injured, muscular imbalance or had trigger point in long term training or high intensity competition, stay in this situation the muscular will dysfunction. For finish the action, it will recruit other muscle which located around to assist action, it called compensatory movements. Using compensatory movements for a long time will increase risk of injury. Functional Movement System (FMS) in the international is quite popular for functional screen, using FMS can easily and fast find athletes’ muscular imbalance. Find the problem and corrective it as soon as possible, can avoid injury. Physical fitness has been divided into Health-related physical fitness and Skill-related physical fitness.
Skill-related physical fitness is considered the most suits for athletes, it including speed, power, agility, coordination, balance and reaction time. This study hope could found the correlation between Functional Movement System and Skill-related Physical Fitness. It not only can provide coaches a way that evaluate athletes’ competition results, but also provide athletes to understand their weak link, to improve it.
Method: 135 high school or junior high students who studied physical education class in Taichung city, Changhua County. No limit sports expertise. All subjects completed the FMS test before the skill-related physical fitness collects data to be analyzed.
Result: There were no significant relevant between Deep Squat, Hurdle Step, Active Straight Leg Raise and Skill-related physical fitness, but In-line Lunge and balance were significant relevant(p<0.244), Shoulder mobility and speed(p<-0.283), Agility(p<-0.283), coordination(p<-0.278), reaction time(p<-0.187) and balance(p<0.280) were significant relevant, Trunk Stability Push-Up and speed(p<0.179), power(p<0.214), coordination(p<0.180), reaction time(p<0.176) were significant relevant, Rotary Stability and speed(p<0.229), power(p<0.186), reaction time(p<0.188) have significant relevant. Conclusion: Shoulder mobility, Trunk Stability Push-Up, Rotary Stability were significant relevant with Skill-related physical fitness, it means FMS’s Shoulder mobility, Trunk Stability Push-Up, Rotary Stability could prediction the athletes’ sports performance like speed, agility, power, reaction time, but Deep Squat, Hurdle Step, Active Straight Leg Raise were no significant relevant. From the research results, we think the ability of core muscle more than other factor can affect athletes’ sport performance, and the reason about no significant relevant, we think the athlete’s body limitation, suggest to use Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) to find out the problem, to figure out the limit to restore original functional to elevate sports performance.
