The purposes of this study is to understand working nature of nursery center and its challenges, to investigate the characteristics of childcare providers who willing to stay in the field and the nature of nursery center itself, to analysis working adjustment by childcare providers’ continuously willingness to stay and feedback. The findings are as follows: Working culture of nursery center is very often and ordinary to work over time. Although the ratio is 1:5 regulation by the authority of childcare provider to children, it is not that easy to comply with. Due to the nature of fast working tempo, complexity procedures and heavy physical burden to childcare providers. The aspects of working challenges, childcare providers have to alert observe to all children surrounded to prevent unexpected and sudden situations occurred by children themselves, like injuries by bites, scratch or bump. Other than that, common infection happened easily among children for weak immunity. Facing all these nursery problems, childcare providers need the skill to develop good interaction with parents. By continuously effective communication with parents, trustful relationship is gradually developed . Characteristic of childcare providers is child lovers. They are more willing to devote themselves to the jobs. Offering stable salary and welfare benefits by the nursery center can keep stable childcare providers. Nursery center is not far away from home. Manners and attitudes of supervisors are understandable, warm and caring to childcare provider. Supervisors who are with professional nursery idea to lead the team and actively supportive to each other. Working under this environment, it is family-like interaction. To release stressful workload, childcare providers will enjoy the holidays and make use of past experiences to release the pressures. They will clear cut the status of working hours with leisure time. For treating nursery career, they will keep on taking nursery courses on their off work time to up-grading the knowledge. Positive affirmation and encouragement by supervisors, supportive among colleagues to each other, the fruitful feedback from jobs, the happiness of the growth of children, the confidence from the parents, all these factors make childcare providers willingness to stay in this field. The suggestion of this thesis is based on the analysis of the study. It is the reference to supervisors of nursery centers, relative institution or future studies.
