Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北護理健康大學 === 護理研究所 === 106 === The advancement of science and technology not only brings more convenience to people, but also more impact on information. A large amount of information and data not only drives the development of social science and technology, but also affects the progress of medical care. The sharing and exchanging of data innovates medical care. The innovation allows people to enjoy a safe and comfortable medical environment. In order to improve the quality of medical care, we must be able to achieve the integrity, accuracy, diversity, and immediacy of message transmission at first. It makes sure the information medical staff collected in the first hand is useful, and it can help the patients. This study adopts purposive sampling to collect research data through a questionnaire survey. The case was collected at a regional hospital in the northern part of the country from March 27, 2017 to May 23, 2017. The main target of the case was the nurse practitioner of the hospital, and the number of samples was estimated using the G-power program to set a moderate effect for0.3. When α is less than 0.05, there is a significant difference.thepower (1-β) is 0.8, and the number of samples is 69 persons. The research framework is based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) proposed by Davis in 1986, and then added the perceived risk raised by Bauer, a psychologist, in 1960 as a variable. The results of the study showed that when a nurse practitioner uses a mobile device as a supplementary medical tool, the length of work, the duration of consciously using, and whetheran mobile device always beside the user are all factors that influence the technology Acceptance.( Perceived ease of use influences whether or not the mobile device will be carried around at work and will increase perceived risk). Perceived risks will decrease the technology acceptance. In open-ended questions, they gave more suggestions about the system interface fluency and the system variety and functionality. After the questionnaire survey with the nurse practitioner shows that the impact of peers may be the most important factor of clinical mobile devices using, but due to the impact between people cannot be collected through the questionnaire survey. Therefore, I suggest that the human-to-human impact can be included as a research variable in the future, so that science and technology can be brought closer to the clinical needs and influence all medical members, to create a more accurate and safe medical environment.
