These include the Computerized Physician-Order Entry system and Electronic medication-administration system, those information technologies can help nurses to reduce transcription errors and reduce the time to confirm patients and drugs. At present, most researches are aimed at discussing the effectiveness after BCMA administration in Taiwan, and few studies on the electronic medication administration record system. To enhance the quality of medical care and enhance patient safety, this study evaluates the process and satisfaction of nurses using electronic medication administration record system to determine if the electronic medication administration record system meets the needs of users. Using the medical database system to collect the data of inpatient electronic medication administration records, the three-year period from January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2016. Including the correct administration time and the administration without proper time. And retrieve the first three units with the highest number of notifications in units reporting notification of drug-related anomalies in the Anomaly Notification System to conduct an electronic medication administration record system satisfaction survey. The results showed that nurses satisfied with the electronic medication administration record system tend to be satisfied with the standard deviation of the three facets are more than 2.8 points, with a total average of 3.05 ± .596. For the third year in a row, the unit that did not receive the proper time was the pediatric ward, more than 40% of the total non-administration at the proper time each year. The medication non-administration at the proper time was Proton-pump inhibitor, around 10% of Proton-pump inhibitor are administered early or delay each year. The three-year prevalence was low on the choice of not administered on time, and this phenomenon was also linked to the ratio not being administered on time. However, It is suggested that the setting of dosing time should be added to the prescribing page of the doctor and the timing and application of the non-dosing reasons should be widely publicized to the clinical nurses to reduce the rate of dosing at the incorrect time.
