Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北護理健康大學 === 資訊管理研究所 === 106 === The development of information technology, the rise of public health awareness, and the advent of an aging society has increased the application and demand for personal health services. Although information technology has been widely used in health services, most applications are still based on a single-patient paradigm, with less consideration for interaction with their families. Moreover, information is typically limited to providing specific services or a specific disease category. The aim of this research was to consider patients and their families and how they can share information regarding medical history, medication information, health education information and various potential disease assessment results. My Health Bank provided by the National Health Insurance Administration is one source of personal health information. Clinical practice guidelines are utilized as a reference for chronic diseases. A subsystem was developed in this study to create a set of risk factors. The user can use various information to generate their own assessment regarding their personal risk factors for specific diseases. Related information can be converted to meet the HL7 FHIR standard for use by other medical information systems. In addition, the International Statistical Classification of Diseases provided by My Health Bank and the name of the potential disease assessed by a user were used as a base for personal health education information. Finally, adding the concept of a social network, users can create a family group based on kinship, and share their results from My Health Bank, respective health education information, and information about an underlying disease. This allows users to understand the diagnosis and treatment situation of other family members in recent years. This also facilitates access to health education information, and provides information on high-risk factors for various family members. These concepts and the developed tools can serve as a basis for building an innovative family health information services platform.
