The attitude of employees and the performance of their work are different from those of the past. How to understand and assist the members of the organization, the positive positive work values and the firm determination of the organization team are more and more important. Whether it is organization fairness, work boring, work exhaustion, job satisfaction, or organizational citizenship behavior; it is the basis for the smooth operation of the organization. Therefore, the five variables are the main aspects of this study. In this study, six research hypotheses were deduced through related literature theory, and questionnaires were designed for workers in the Greater Taipei region. A total of 460 valid questionnaires were retrieved. Data were analyzed and verified by statistical software SPSS22.0 and AMOS20.0 software. The relationship between variables. The findings of this study reveal that: (1) Organizational fairness negatively impacts job depletion; (2) Job boredom negatively impacts job satisfaction; (3) Organizational justice positively affects job satisfaction; (4) Work exhaustion negatively impacts Job satisfaction; (5) Work exhaustion negatively affects organizational citizenship behavior; (6) Job satisfaction positively affects organizational citizenship behavior. Based on the results of the above studies, the managers are provided with management implications and practical advice, and follow-up study suggestions are provided for reference.
