With the rapid development of Taiwan''s economy, it is unable to meet the export-oriented financial needs. The opening of new banks has contributed to the rapid progress of Taiwan''s finance. Whether it is systems, services, talents, etc., it has injected new strength and new elements into Taiwan''s finance. Credit cooperatives gradually lost their people-oriented advantages, coupled with the problems of Credit cooperatives, limited business, and slow product innovation, which gradually lost their appeal to the public. The number of credit cooperatives has decreased from 74 to 23 today. At present, the 23 Credit cooperatives continue to serve local finance with the aim of "taking the society, using the society" and "everyone is for me, I am for everyone". After experiencing the opening of new banks in Taiwan, mergers and acquisitions of Credit cooperatives, financial turmoil, After the major changes such as the financial tsunami, Credit cooperatives have shown small and beautiful community development, and have long been highly praised for their social responsibilities. However, in the face of the current situation of banks strengthening "corporate social responsibility", in the case of resources that are not in the banking system. What are the difficulties in fulfilling the social responsibility policy? Will it be affected by those factors? It is worth exploring. Second, research design (theoretical model, empirical data, research methods) In this paper, the current 23 credit cooperatives are implemented in accordance with the “Fulfillment of Social Responsibility” (1) to promote the concept of cooperation (2) to develop a sustainable environment (3) to maintain social welfare (4) to strengthen the annual disclosure of information disclosure, first design a The questionnaires were sent out for recycling, and the key executive units that fulfilled their social responsibilities were identified. Then, eight questionnaires were collected to design a questionnaire for interviews. The key figures of each society were interviewed in person, and the questionnaires were used to analyze the factors to find out the credit. Cooperatives fulfill their social responsibility implementation strategies and influencing factors and characteristics. Expected results The results of this study are expected to have three main results: (1) Exploring the implementation strategies and influencing factors and characteristics of each credit cooperatives in fulfilling their social responsibilities. (2) Exploring the difference between Credit cooperatives in fulfilling social responsibilities and banks. (3) For the reference of the management policy of the competent authority, formulate management measures suitable for credit cooperatives to fulfill their social responsibilities, and provide reference for relevant follow-up researchers.
