With the definition of system norms and the core of scientific development, SBC architecture is able to describe everything in the universe. SBC architecture systems model is one of the most basic theories in systematics. In this study, we used the Structure-Behavior Coalescence (SBC) architecture description language (ADL) to construct an Architecture-Oriented Far Sea Fishery Business Activity Monitor Systems Model (AOFSFBAMS). With an integrated description of the systems structure and systems behavior, AOFSFBAMS is then well specified and designed. Several indicators based on systems engineering, such as systems development, requirements specification, quality management, and coasts evaluation are justified that AOFSFBAMS is indeed simpler, easy communication, flexible systems structure and systems behavior, improved system integration and stability.
