The results found that about half of the parents think the most appropriate age for young children to access ICT (e.g., computers and smartphones) is after six years old, but actually, more than 80% of their children had ICT experience before six years old. It shows that, for parents, there is a contradiction between the ideal and the real age of children’s ICT use. In addition, the results of Rasch model analysis showed that parents think “cognitive learning” is the most positive impact of children’s ICT use, and the "addiction and over-reliance" is the negative impact that parents are most worried about. Finally, according to the study results, we propose recommendations for future research. Shu-Ching, Yang 楊淑晴教授 2018 學位論文 ; thesis 51 zh-TW
