Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中山大學 === 企業管理學系研究所 === 106 === The number of China supplier chain is rising recent years from the all kinds of report and even replace the Taiwan, South Korea and Japan suppliers. This situation truly impacts all kinds of Taiwanese industries, especially in low cost and high-tech manufacturers.
Under this storm, we select the passive component as research topic to take the deep study in “China Supply Chain”, which is so called “Red Supply Chain” in Taiwan, we carry out the Resource-Based View(RBV) to analyze the reason of becoming powerful; besides, try to compare the strength and weakness(SWOT) with China and Taiwan so that can understand more about the adorable competitors.
What kind of strategy that Taiwanese component manufacturers need to change so that can be able to defeat the threaten of China Supply Chain? Moreover, looking for the potential ability to catch up with what we lost. All the manufacturer need to inspect their following strategy with aggressive attitude so that can keep the strength, become stronger to face the challenge. To know your enemy and know yourself. Hopefully this search is able to bring the enterprise a helpful solution.
