The core interests in the “National Security Strategy Report” which published by different leaders will have similarities and differences. It also shows the changes for the national interests. After the Incident of 911, G.W. Bush see strategy of anti-terrorism as a priority. It also supplemented by promoting democracy. The purpose was hoping that the counter-terrorism could have more effectiveness. However, President Obama’s national security strategy was a comprehensive rethinking of G.W. Bush. The core interests of G.W. Bush’s haven’t changed during Obama’s terms. But the methods and priorities compare with G.W. Bush have a big difference. The Study use the《National Security Strategy Report》of G.W. Bush and Obama, trying to analyze the changing for national interests and the transformation of strategy.
