Indonesia’s industry is also attracting more attention with its own advantages. Indonesia has become the best partner of Taiwan and China in their respective national interests. The new southward policy of Taiwan and One Belt One Road policy of China have also attracted Indonesia to become a trading partner. The respective advantages of the two sides across the Taiwan Strait have become prerequisites for entry into Indonesia. The Pioneer Industries and the manufacturing reforms(Making Indonesia 4.0)will attract more countries, including Taiwan and China. Examining the New Southward Policy with the theory of Interdependence. First, to make interacting by formal or informal ways. Second, to make business trading based on the principle of reciprocity. Finally, Taiwan and Indonesia are looking forward to moving toward an integrated relationship. The greatest advantage is based on the soft power, which included technology and humanities in Taiwan. The advantage is an important aspect of the new southward policy, which can make Taiwan and Indonesia closer. The complementarity of industries increases the scope of trade between the two countries. A suitable innovative concept is a reference model for cooperation between Taiwan and Indonesia. The model is taking the experience of processing export zone of Taiwan as an example, and planning for cooperation between Taiwan and Indonesia. Samuel C.Y.
