As the economic development changes, the demand for international hotels in Taiwan has increased year by year. The international hotel industry needs to invest a lot of manpower to maintain its operation. In the meanwhile, staff turnover rate has gradually increased, the international tourism hotel industry is facing a issue of high employee turnover rate. How to improve the retention of employees is now the international tourism hotel is facing the most important issue. In this study, there are four case studies. The four case is divided into localization, regional and globalization of Business strategy. In the summary of interview, this study found that the job training, job characteristics, and job rotation enhanced the employees’ knowledge, skill and ability. In addition, the cross-culture training enhanced the global mindset, strategy and marketing of employee.
