Under the growing economy, changes in population structure, and level of literacy proficiency and educational attainment, women’s influence over the society has gradually risen, and the power of female consumption has now becoming a new force of innovation. Conventional male dominant leadership is now challenged to provide more room for adjustment. In the meanwhile, an increase in female leaderships has brought changes to transformation in the social structure. The stability and development of commonwealth advancement come through the input of gender equally. This research interviews and analyzes female leaders of their leadership demonstrated throughout their life time in terms of personal charisma, leadership style, openness to career leader promotion and empowerment, and the ability to excel in cross area performance. It concludes that female leaders all share a common trait, which is to constantly pursue of self-excellence, manage work life balance, continuously improve in professional area to reach all- rounded cross functional knowledge. Under the leadership of female leaders, open mindedness and flexible working environment help to foster leadership motivation. Equal opportunity with transparent hiring criteria provides female with fair opportunity to join the work force. When faced with obstacles fixated by social expectation and gender stereotype, female leaders fearlessly rise to the challenges and aggressively seeking innovation to make a breakthrough and influence others. By providing training programs and unbiased career path to increase female leaders will eventually promote a more balanced, equal, and prosperous society.
