This company is the market share of the lower glass substrate manufacturers, in competition with rivals with higher market share, but also consider the new and aggressive new manufacturers to join the ranks of competition, the company also brought big impact, resulting in employee turnover rate of voluntary turnover. Although the resignation is the normal phenomenon of the organization, the study of the case for the company in-depth analysis of its turnover factors and voluntary turnover rate, and make specific recommendations.
I used secondary data to analyze the turnover rate of employees, from 2011 to 2016, of a Japanese company. I also summarized the affecting factors of employee’ turnover.
In collusions, this company’s voluntary turnover rate is equivalent to the average of Company size 500 people. The turnover rates are different for distinct department, age, education, and seniority. The highest turnover rate in this company comes from less than one year''s employees. The main turnover factors affect employee in this company is Personal and family factors. To further explore the relationship between the turnover and pay- for- performance, in this company''s performance evaluation system, the poor performance brings the higher rate of voluntary turnover.
