The research method adopted semi-structured, in-depth interviews. The results of the study were as follows: Firstly, establishing routine rules:in the beginning of the new semester, Chinese teachers and English teachers prepared together classroom rules, arranged classroom environment, and wrote letters to parents for parent communication and support. Secondly, teaching routine rules:Teachers, during the first month, explained to students the routine rules on a daily schedule and in real-life situation. While teaching routine rules, the “discussion and explanation → demonstration→ practice → feedback” steps should be followed. Thirdly, maintaining routine rules: these strategies include using rewards and punishments, and organizing routines with activity guidance, personal counseling, and communicating to parents. Fourthly, classroom management evaluation: This includes the principal's evaluation of the effectiveness of the Chinese teacher's class routine and the teacher's personal reflection. Finally, based on the research results, several suggestions are proposed for Chinese Dual Immersion teachers, schools, education and administrative units and future researchers.
