| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 農企業管理系所 === 106 === Facing the predicament of agricultural labor population aging and environmental crisis, promoting young farmers to engage in friendly environment farming is an important issue in Taiwan's agriculture. This study identifies the main and secondary key factors for young farmers in Taiwan to engage in friendly environmental farming through literature review and the Modified Delphi Method expert questionnaire. Continue to use the Analytic Hierarchy Process to calculate the weight and ordering of the secondary key factors. The results of the study found that the "production conditions" facet is the top priority of the ranking, and the top six overall weights are "production location", "self-awareness", "self-realization", "environmental cost" and "safety demand". , "Crop characteristics selection" etc. It is suggested that the government can improve the environment and will help to enhance the willingness of young farmers to cultivate in a friendly environment.
