Farmer association tries to strengthen staff training and creating better product and service in order to strengthen the advantage. Management and staff morale will be the point. Total Quality Management (TQM) describes a management approach to long-term success through customer satisfaction. In a TQM effort, all members of an organization participate in improving processes, products, services, and the culture in which they work. This study tries to describe how TQM increase job satisfaction of farmer association. 58 questionnaires received from Ren Wu farmer association. The results show below. a. The questionnaires of TQM and job satisfaction with highly reliability and validity. b. The supervisor have high participation in TQM program. Respondents have highly evaluation. c. Respondents have positive job satisfaction score. d. TQM can positive influence job satisfaction. e. Different respondent background have no difference on TQM and job satisfaction questionnaire score. The suggestions offer below. a. Strengthen farmer association internal knowledge management and website. Building up KM system and FB utility. b. Encourage supervisor to join TQM program. c.
