Summary: | 碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 技職教育研究所 === 106 === This study aims to explore work friendship and work adaptation of the hearing impaireds at workplace.
To achieve research purposes, literature review is conducted first to establish research framework, and then a questionnaire is designed. Data were analyzed after questionnaire survey was conducted.
The questionnaire includes 3 parts, in cluding basic data, work friendship satisfaction scale and work adaptation scale. The subjects are the hearing impaireds who work in Kaohsiung area. A total of 124 questionnaires were returned, with a valid return rate of 96.9 %. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t test, one-way ANOVA, and multiple stepwise regression analysis. Based on the results, conclusions and suggestions are proposed. The findings are as follows:
1.The hearing impaired workers have positive workplace friendship.
2. The hearing impaired workers’ have good work adaptation.
3.There is no difference among hearing impaired workers’ workplace friendship with different backgrounds.
4.Besides the difference of gender and salary, there are no difference among the hearing impaired workers’ work adaptation different backgrounds.
5."Friendship opportunity" and "friendship university" in workplace friendship have positive effects on work adaptation of the hearing impaired workers.
