Summary: | 碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 機械工程系所 === 106 === In this study, the triblock amphoteric copolymer F127 was used as a natural template, and ZnAl2O4 and CaAl2O4 were used as precursors, and will be doping with different ratios of Ce or Mn. In this experiment, the sol-gel method was used to prepared ZnAl2O4 and CaAl2O4. calcination at 900 and 950 °C. The microstructure and properties of the material were analyzed by X-ray diffraction analysis, scanning electron microscope, transmission electron microscope and visible light-ultraviolet spectrometer. Different calcination temperatures and different doping ratios were applied to ZnAl2O4 and CaAl2O4. The influence of the structure and properties will also be investigated.
It was found by XRD analysis that ZnAl2O4 is a spinel structure Fd3m space group, and it is found that there is a heterogeneous peak of ZnO at 900 °C. The surface morphology of ZnAl2O4 was observed by SEM, and there was a precipitate of CeO2 when doped with 0.05 mol% of Ce. And the results of TEM analysis and EDS analysis were found to be consistent with the experimental components. Finally, PL analysis showed that the luminescence intensity of ZnAl2O4 was the strongest. And it is known as the blue spectrum by the CIE chromaticity coordinates.
It was found by XRD analysis that CaAl2O4 was a spinel structure, and it was found that a hetero peak of CeO2 was formed during doping. It was observed by SEM that a precipitate of calcium was found and the particle size distribution was uneven. Finally, PL analysis showed that CaAl2O4 had the strongest luminescence intensity. And it is known as the blue spectrum by the CIE chromaticity coordinates.
